Job Purpose:

The IIE's Varsity College has a vacancy for a : Admissions Officer X2 (Fixed Term Contract) - Westville Campus 

Please note that these are fixed term positions, for different periods in the year.

Position 1 : December 2019 - 31 January 2020

Position 2 : January 2020 - 29 Feb 2020

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Checking and ensuring new and returning students meet The IIE's admission requirements per qualification
  • Checking and signing off The IIE's Varsity College registration forms for compliance to agreed framework              
  • Checking and ensuring international students meet registration and legal requirements
  • Liasing with students on outstanding documentation/ proof of admissions
  • Liasing with campus staff on status of registration admissions documentation
  • Tracking and management of conditional and erroneous admissions
  • Liasing with IIE Regsistrar's office on matters regarding registration documentation & admissions compliance and raising SATS queries where necessary
  • Update CAMS document tracking and RTS with most updated documents and information
  • Reporting regulary to the Vice Principal: Finance on issues regarding admissions compliance
  • Keeping accuate records of registration documentation and correspondence
  • Ensuring admissions compliance by end June

Education:

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Advanced Certificate or equivalent experience

Work Experience:

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in administration/quality assurance/governance (corporate or educational advantageous)
